With over five years of hands-on experience, I serve students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and families who value neat, healthy, long-lasting loc care. I proudly provide in-home loc services throughout East Knoxville, Maryville, and surrounding areas, offering a private, comfortable experience without compromising professionalism. Every appointment is intentional — from clean parts to scalp health to polished styling. Education is a major part of my approach. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled from the 25th hour up to the time of the appointment, will incur the cancellation fee. The fee is equal to 50% of the total service cost. This covers my time and open spot that would have been filled by a client. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call. If there are no clients directly after you, I will still take you. If being late will affect any clients after you, I will not be able to take you and forfeit your deposit. No Call/No Shows will be charged the full amount on the debit/credit card you provide when booking your appointment. In Summary: Last Minute Cancellation Fee: 50% of service Amt. Late Fee: Forfeit Deposit No Call/No Show: 100% charged to card on file
