With over five years of hands-on experience, I serve students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and families who value neat, healthy, long-lasting loc care. I proudly provide loc services in East Knoxville, in the Burlington community. Offering a comfortable experience without compromising professionalism. Every appointment is intentional from clean parts to scalp health to polished styling. Education is a major part of my approach. I don’t just maintain your locs; I teach you how to care for them properly between visits so your hair stays strong, hydrated, and thriving. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty four hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Deposits secure your reserved appointment time and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
Clients who cancel with less than twenty four hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.
No Call/No Show appointments will result in one hundred percent of the scheduled service total being charged and collected before any future appointments may be booked.
Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment. In these instances, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
